The ceremony will be held indoors at Lewis Event Hall at The Village Green. Cocktail hour follows outdoors under covered porticoes with heat lamps (weather permitting).

Ceremony start: 3:00 PM — please plan to arrive by 2:45 PM.

Dress code: Mountain Chic — polished and stylish with natural, mountain-inspired textures and colors. Evenings can feel crisp. Plan for layers.

Mountain Chic — Suggestions

• Female: Midi or knee-length cocktail dress, elegant jumpsuit, or skirt + dressy top. Consider luxe knits, velvet, silk, or chiffon. A wrap/shawl, tailored blazer, or dress coat is recommended. Heeled boots, block heels, or dressy flats suitable for paved + light gravel.
• Male: Sport coat or tailored blazer with dress slacks or dark trousers (optional vest). Dress shirt (tie optional), leather shoes or dress boots. Wool/silk blends, tweed, or fine knit layers fit the aesthetic.

Semi-Formal (Alternative)

• Female: Cocktail dress or dressy separates; closed-toe flats/heels or ankle boots. Add a wrap/coat for outdoor cocktail hour.

Transportation will be available on wedding day between The Village Green, Bluegreen Villas, and participating Cashiers-area hotels. This option is provided so guests can relax and enjoy the evening without the need to drive.

We’re hosting a casual night-before BBQ on Friday the 13th at 7:00 PM at the Bluegreen Trillium Resort Villas.

Where to Go

The BBQ will be in the open common area between the two villas (the shared space between buildings). If you’re staying at Bluegreen, it’s an easy walk from nearby villas.
